Our artisan Maccheroni brings together Italian tradition and the freshness of real Aberdeenshire vegetables. Crafted with premium Durum wheat semolina and infused with local carrots, our pasta is bronze‑die extruded to create a rustic texture that holds sauces beautifully.
Slow dried at low temperatures, this pasta preserves its colour, natural sweetness, and authentic flavour whilst delivering the perfect al dente bite.
