Our artisan Casarecce & Maccheroni bring together Italian tradition and the freshness of real Aberdeenshire vegetables. Crafted with premium Durum wheat semolina and infused with local carrots, our pasta is bronze‑die extruded to create a rustic texture that holds sauces beautifully.
Slow dried at low temperatures, this pasta preserves its colour, natural sweetness, and authentic flavour whilst delivering the perfect al dente bite.
